  I went there today to see if they had a Nintendo Switch for my son. Today is his birthday. I knew the chances were near zero. A rep said told me that they didn't have any in stock, but kindly looked to see if they could order one. When he realized he couldn't order it, he said, "Did you try Target? He (pointing to Jacob, the Store Manager) got one there today." I said, "Yes, I already checked, and they're all out."
  
  Jacob the "General Manager" (according to his name tag) then said, "I"m been looking for them too because they're going for $600 on eBay." He then gave me a tip on a WalMart in Ft Collins that might have one.
  
  I walked out of the store, and I got angry as I thought more about what just happened. I went back into the store and showed Jacob a picture of my son and said, "This is my son. Today's his birthday. I get it...capitalism, but just so you know, it's kids like this that don't get them." He nervously smiled and said, "I don't have one," (in contradiction to what his employee said a couple minutes ago). To which I pointed at my phone again and repeated, "It's kids like this..."
  
  It is beyond infuriating that a General Manager of a Best Buy, who sees the faces of kids like my son everyday who don't get item because adults like him are buying up all the stock and selling them on eBay. Nothing illegal about it, but still so, so wrong.
