  I give them one start for their salesman who said they could begin work immediately. That was August 17, 2016. It is now October 27, 2016 and still no roof. Every time I call they tell me it's their supplier's fault...then they say they spoke to their supplier and the shingles should be here early next week. That has been going on for 4 weeks. I am ready to find a reputable company with a reputable supplier! I paid half down so now begins the fight to get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DRURY BROS.
  
  p.s. - they never once called me to provide updates. I had to call them every single time. So add poor customer service to the list.
