  HEY LOOK frontier medical i'm getting a fan base because of you ((((((( i just saw the response of the owner and my response is: (ya right) if you really cared you should have done the job right the first time without your people judging how i use my scooter or insulting me now your company is going to be known as the one that defrauded the american tax payer and caused a disabled veteran a major amount of grief ))))))))))) slow these people do not respect their clients i just got off the phone with a woman that acted like she did not care or maybe i was bothering her really i think she's an idiot but beware this place just don't care if i did not have to business here i wold go else where the also don't like veterans feb. 2016, a few months ago they repaired my scooter, they did not in matter of fact they left it unrepaired every time i had to deal with these people they acted confused THESE PEOPLE ARE INCONSIDERATE THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK NEVER LET YOU KNOW THE STATUS OF THE REPAIRS OR IF IT'S GOING TO TAKE LONGER NOTHING THEY DON'T weEVEN STAY AT WORK LONG ENOUGH TO GET A SIMPLE JOB DONE THEY ARE THE WORST TO DO BUSINESS WITH I HAVE EVER SEEN IN 20 YEARS I WOULD IF I COULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. 8 HOURS AND 400 BUCKS TO CHANGE OUT 2 BATTERIES NEXT TIME I'LL GO TO AUTO ZONE THE BATTERIES THEY SUPPLY WILL LAST LONGER THAN 5 MONTHS AND CHEAPER THE VA PAYS THEM TO MAINTAIN MY SCOOTER AND THEY GOUGE THE VA BADLY AND TREAT VETERANS LIKE DIRT. TAX PAYER MONEY HARD AT WORK TO KEEP SHYSTERS IN BUSINESS well i had to have batteries in my scooter again so i contacted them again and was criticized for using my scooter for what it was intended for a good friend of mine over heard the conversation and was appalled at what he heard and bought me two batteries and a charger several months ago i told frontier access something was wrong with my charger they ignored me a week ago i found out the charger has been working it was only charging 1 battery depending on these people to maintain my scooter has been a nightmare well i finally found out what is wrong with my scooter and it's the brake after dealing with these people for 2 years the va looked into the possibility that frontier mobility might be just another government leech and at their request another company came from another city to asses my scooter in 5 minutes they knew what was wrong with it i would hoped to never have any dealings with frontier mobility again they do not know what they are doing and are very rude to me now i'm going to ask the va to investigate all the battery,s they put in my scooter had a 1 year warranty and did the va have to pay for them at least 6 batteries at $200 a pop and because of the fact they wre wrong lazy rude they may have been committing a crime by defrauding the federal government and the tax payers of the usa AND that's the republican way
